Want to design your own formecut?  We can always create a formecut just for you, the easiest thing is to contact us and discuss your print product. 

When you are designing your artwork, make sure to set up formecut in PMS072, rename your swatch to "knife" in lowercase.  The formecut must be set to "overprint", and the line thickness needs to be 0.5pt.  Make sure to only apply forme to the front artwork. If your artwork is double sided the back artwork (second page of the PDF) does not require the knife line.
