Problems with your password? Try one of the following:

Treat your password with care! It’s case sensitive, so remember to enter it exactly how it was registered.
Forgotten your password? Not sure if it’s in capitals or lowercase? Can’t get any joy? Click on the ‘Help’ link in MyPrintCentral from the homepage. We’ll ask for your username and then send you out a new password pronto!

Trouble using your username? Look here first.

Misplaced your username? Can’t get it to work? Use the ‘Contact us’ link. We’ll ask for your details and then email your username and password to you!

Still having trouble? Not sure if you are registered or not?
